Homeschooling

I can’t believe i am even contemplating this- but another hike is scheduled for Thursday. This is a bit different. It is a “science hike” and 2 college students are taking group of us ( kinds and moms) on a LONG hike and will discuss the local flora and fauna as we go along. We were told to pack a lunch so does not bode well for me I prefer the shorter and sweet with lots of stops kind of hike- not the pack a lunch kind!
I need to be careful and not contaiminate my kids with these thoughts.

I am not hiking obsessed, btw. I have been feeling so cooped up lately an feel the kids are going bit cabin fever-y.
The weather did help to lift my spirits. I cannot wait for lazy days of summer to be upon us and the constant driving to settle= especially with sky high gas prices.
I feel like a am starting whine on my blog which isn’t my intent. Been venting more than usual.
